Inertia Consulting Limited recognises that we must provide high quality, reasonably priced and innovative technical solutions to our clients.

We are committed to implementing, operating, and maintaining a Quality Management System based on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015.

We recognise that our clients are key to our success, and we are committed to setting and achieving standards that meet or exceed Client expectations through our quality service provision. We will provide adequate resources to ensure we achieve this statement.

Objectives

  • To invest in the quality of our inspection team through our mentorship program and the BICS LANTRA training scheme.
  • To achieve faster inspection turnaround times by streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • To foster a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of our works.
  • To ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 standard in the development and execution of all our processes.

This policy applies to all personnel, contractors and sub-consultants working for or on behalf of Inertia Consulting Limited. The Directors have ultimate responsibility for formulating and implementing this quality policy. We believe this focussed approach will continue to assist us to successfully distinguish our business from that of our competitors and achieve our company ambition of being a recognised consultancy service provider.
