Inertia Consulting Limited recognises that we must provide high quality, cost effective
and innovative technical solutions to our customers. We are committed to
implementing, operating and maintaining a Quality Management System based on the
requirements of the ISO 9001:2015.
We recognise that our customers are fundamental to our success and we are
committed to setting and achieving standards that are capable of meeting or exceeding
their expectations through our quality service provision.
We will provide adequate resources to ensure we achieve this statement.

continuously develop our resources, people and processes;
• To ensure stakeholder confidence by understanding the context of our
organisation through the identification of risk and opportunities to our service

maintaining and reviewing our processes throughout the business.
This policy applies to all personnel, contractors and sub-consultants working for or on
behalf of Inertia Consulting Limited. The Directors have ultimate responsibility for
formulating and implementing this quality policy.
