We can act as Designers or the Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) and can support clients in discharging their responsibilities as Client and Principal Contractor. We often plan, control and monitor the pre-construction and construction phases of any project, including coordinating Health & Safety requirements.
